EU-029 MOULD RELEASE AGENT

Features: It is used as sticking prevention agent, lubrication agent, slip agent, cleaning agent and as mould release agent in textile, plastic, rubber and tyre industries. It is especially used as release agent for octopus machines in the impregnation and printing sector. It prevents sticking, squeaking and friction. It is odourless and colourless. It dries fast and it does not stain. It does not hold dust. It prevents the applied surface to flex during hot temperatures and to freeze and to stick during cold temperatures. It helps to remove and cleans the silicon and its residues from aluminium, steel, glass and marble surfaces. Usage: It is sprayed directly on to application surface. Solvent evaporates rapidly and the agent lubricates the sprayed area. Its adherence and resistance is high and it does not flow.
